The hotel was located in the heart of Manhattan, within walking distance of major attractions and shops. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from doormen to housekeeping and desk personnel. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and larger than expected with lovely views. Elevators operated quickly, and luggage storage was available upon arrival and checkout. The street remained quiet despite some nearby construction noise early in the morning.
