The hotel featured a boutique style with a fantastic location on a tree-lined street near Times Square. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, equipped with facilities such as a fridge, coffee maker, and kitchenette. Staff provided friendly and helpful service, including assistance with bags and local recommendations. Breakfast was included at a nearby café during refurbishment of the in-house dining area. An upgraded penthouse suite offered two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony.
