The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms with ample closet and drawer space. The bathrooms were bright with great lighting, mirrors, and electric sockets. Staff were cheerful, accommodating, and responsive to maintenance issues. The location was central in FiDi, close to Wall Street, the World Trade Center, subway stations, and popular food spots like Leon's Bagel and Joe's Pizza. Quick elevator service enhanced convenience during the stay.
