The accommodation suited large groups well, offering spacious rooms for families. Parking was available on the street, and reception staff were consistently present to assist with inquiries. The location was excellent, close to subway stations and numerous dining and entertainment options in Times Square. Rooms remained quiet at night with comfortable beds for single occupants. Late checkout was permitted for a small additional fee.
