The location was excellent, close to Central Park, Times Square, and multiple subway lines. The staff were very polite, helpful, and efficient throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious with high-quality bathrooms and comfortable king-size beds. Amenities included a coffee machine indoors and access to gym and spa facilities. Maintenance issues such as a loose handle were promptly fixed on the same day.
