Exceptional cleanliness and cozy room with air conditioning, towels, disposable slippers, and toiletries were provided. The kitchen had snacks, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fruit, and a mini fridge stocked with free drinks. Max was a great host who communicated well and responded quickly to issues like the toilet repair. Several subway and bus stations were nearby with Yankees Stadium close by foot.
