The location was convenient with many subway stations connecting to Manhattan and close to food, parks, and buses. The room had a private bathroom that was well kept and tidy, with a fridge and microwave. The staff were super helpful carrying luggage to the room, reconnecting lost items, and friendly at reception where freebies like free lobby coffees were served.
