The location was very convenient, close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden with the subway nearby. The staff Chris (Manager) and Maria (receptionist) were fantastic, very caring and helpful. The rooms were clean with well-maintained restrooms and showers, and breakfast was free at a good price.
