Friendly staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the room was clean with a shower bathroom and an additional sofa. The kitchen area had coffee, snacks, water machine, and ice machine all for free, while luggage storage was provided. The location was great in Chinatown near subway lines B, D, J, Z with Supreme store five minutes away.
