The hotel offered a clean and comfortable room with a pleasant floral scent upon arrival. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were well-maintained and spotless. Early check-in was available, allowing immediate access to the room. Breakfast was served without wait time and featured delicious options. The location near Times Square provided easy access to nearby attractions and excellent convenience for exploring the city.
