The hotel featured a charming boutique style with a personal feel and was perfectly located near Times Square. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout the stay. A quiet atmosphere prevailed despite the central location. The 2nd-floor lounge offered refreshments, pastries, and complimentary drinks alongside a continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great beds. Rick’s Café provided snacks and beverages around the clock for added convenience.
