The staff were welcoming and professional, providing exceptional service that included warm greetings with hot cider and cookies. The interiors featured stunning decor within a beautiful heritage building, creating a quiet and luxurious atmosphere. Amenities were well appointed, including high-quality toiletries in the rooms. A cosy cocktail bar served excellent drinks while remaining family-friendly for guests with children.
