The location was perfect and very central, opposite Central Park and a subway station in a safe neighborhood. The rooms were spacious, larger than average size in NYC, modern with an excellent bathroom and good shower. The staff from the doormen to the cleaning lady and reception were friendly, approachable, helpful, and provided a birthday cake surprise. Breakfast was good with a view over Central Park from Darling restaurant but had limited kosher/Halal options except pastries, yogurt, and fruit stations.
