The staff delivered outstanding service at every point of contact, often going the extra mile to ensure guest comfort. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of Midtown with easy access to everything. Complimentary mineral water was provided upon request, enhancing the upscale experience. A free upgrade to a junior suite was occasionally offered during stays.
