The hotel was located in the theatre district near Times Square, offering easy access to Grand Central. The staff were exceptional, professional, and very client-oriented, with attentive front desk personnel including Anthony and Daniel. Rooms were small but beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Bathroom amenities included heated floors and great showers. Breakfast featured a high-quality buffet with hot options like bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches served to order.
