The room had a great view of Times Square and felt clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were respectful, pleasant, and really knew their stuff.

The location was excellent, situated right off Times Square. The rooms were well insulated despite the busy and noisy atrium in the building. Room size and bathroom facilities were impressive, complemented by a stunning view. Staff performance was consistently praised for being amazing and helpful throughout the stay. Safety measures met high standards during the visit.
