The hotel featured upgraded facilities and very comfortable rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk. The location was perfect, close to Central Park, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Rooms were spacious, quiet, spotless, and equipped with a fridge and garment steamer. Complimentary coffee and water were provided daily.
