The hotel was stylish and well designed, with immaculate rooms despite their smaller size. The location was excellent, situated in the theatre district within walking distance of Times Square and Central Park. The staff were attentive, friendly, and eager to help, making communication stress-free. The cocktail room added a nice touch to the overall experience.
