The hotel was centrally located near Times Square and major shops like Macy’s. Rooms were spacious for a New York City hotel and mostly quiet despite occasional noise. Receptionists and doormen provided excellent service, including assistance with transfers and luggage. The rooftop bar offered pleasant views after busy days, while the elevators operated quickly without long waits. The 27th floor featured an amazing view of the Empire State Building.
