Super clean, spacious apartment with a private patio and smart home features like a Toto Neorest toilet, light therapy shower, 83” OLED TV, Herman Miller desk chair, Sonos Sound System, and gourmet kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. Mario was very helpful and the doorman James ensured safety. The location was perfect near Madison Square Garden, Moynihan Train Station, subway, Penn Station, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
