The hotel was in a very centralized location close to Times Square, Broadway, and 5th Avenue with coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The room had a skyline view of the Empire State Building along with the city view and was comfortable with a reasonable size bathroom. Andrew at the front desk was helpful, Kevin worked with the morning breakfast buffet and Mercedes was food service manager, all were friendly. Breakfast had good variety as a full buffet in the morning while afternoon happy hour and evening dinner in Heist Restaurant were available. The hotel had cleaning staff that worked well and hosted cinema under the stars events.
