The location was excellent, situated right across from Madison Square Garden and opposite Penn Station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though some were a bit small for taller guests. Friendly and engaging staff provided good service throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good despite occasional chaos in the dining area. The roof bar offered an amazing view of the city.
