The location was excellent, within walking distance to many New York tourist attractions and close to Grand Central Station. The facilities were modern, clean, and secure. The staff demonstrated great politeness and helpfulness, with early check-in available. Rooms featured comfortable beds, a Nespresso coffee machine, and nearby water dispensers. A coffee lounge and an outside deck offered pleasant views.
