The hotel was centrally located near major attractions and transportation, providing easy access to subway lines and Penn Station. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and some included upgrades featuring larger spaces and couches. The building had unique character, distinct from typical chain hotels. Breakfast offered a pleasant continental selection including bagels, yogurt, toast, and scrambled eggs. Staff were friendly and the property maintained high cleanliness standards throughout the stay.
