The hotel featured a great location near major New York sites. The rooms were small but stylish, modern, and clean with comfortable beds. Staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The rooftop bar offered covered seating with beautiful views of the Empire State Building, providing an enjoyable experience even in rainy weather. Additional amenities included a cozy lounge with complimentary wine tastings and board games by the fireplace.
