A very good stay overall, with amazing staff who truly helped us when we were unexpectedly stranded in New York for an extra day after the plane crash. Since the hotel had only one room available for the added night, we had originally booked 4 rooms in total, and the staff assisted us in finding nearby sister hotels and getting those booked.
