Round-the-clock receptionThe hotel was perfectly located on Thompson Street in a calm corner of Soho with an amazing rooftop bar that had superb views of Manhattan. The staff were great, with Susan at the front desk making everything great and the team going the extra mile from housekeeping to breakfast waiters.
