Outstanding service was provided by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location offered amazing views over Central Park and Columbus Circle, placing guests in a prime spot. Rooms were large, very clean, and super comfortable. Facilities included a beautiful gym and a pool that delighted younger visitors. The house driver contributed to an exceptional overall experience.
