The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities including a thermostat-controlled AC and a powerful shower. The location was excellent, close to West 4th Street subway station, Washington Square Park, and surrounded by many restaurants in Greenwich Village. Staff were attentive and helpful, providing early check-in and promptly resolving billing issues. A lounge on the first floor offered coffee, tea, and water 24/7 with a good selection of free breakfast foods available.
