The hotel provided exceptionally friendly and courteous service from check-in to concierge. Rooms were spotless, modern, and quiet, with excellent soundproofing and comfortable beds. Amenities included a kettle, coffee maker, fridge restocked daily with water bottles, and easy-to-use air conditioning. The location was ideal for subway access to Manhattan and airport transfers. An adjoining café offered good breakfast options nearby.
