The location was excellent, close to theaters and subway stations. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for a solo traveler. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby all day. The property felt safe and quiet with easy access to nearby attractions.
