The grand suite offered a large, comfortable space with a very cozy bed. The location was ideal for walking to Broadway shows and nearby restaurants. Staff members, including Teodoro and Walter, provided kind and cheerful service. The hotel featured well-maintained, clean rooms that resembled suites. Breakfast was noted as exceptional during the stay.
