The location was perfect, close to 5th Avenue and Times Square with all the metro lines nearby. The room was on the 16th floor with views, clean with fresh towels every day and had waters and cookies upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, making sure a key card machine issue did not spoil the arrival.
