The hotel was situated in a great location on Manhattan's Upper West Side, close to restaurants and subways. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. Social spaces included a lobby, cafe, and restaurant where good coffee and delicious pastries were served. Live music was available downstairs during the evenings.
