The hotel featured clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. The location was excellent, close to popular attractions like the Empire State Building and Times Square, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Ice-cold water was available at the entrance for guests upon arrival. Rooms were spacious enough for solo travellers seeking comfort in a central yet peaceful area.
