The location was excellent, providing easy access to Broadway and nearby attractions like Times Square and Bryant Park. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Rooms were comfortable with clean decor and included two beds in some cases. A coffee shop was available on the premises for added convenience. Valet parking services were also offered for ease of travel.
