Round-the-clock receptionThe location was central, close to Grand Central Station with many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, tidy, and larger than the New York average, featuring comfortable king-size beds. Access to a well-equipped fitness center and exercise tools was available. Check-in was smooth and early arrivals were accommodated. Cucumber mint water was offered at check-in along with luggage service for late departures.
