The location was central, close to Grand Central Station with many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, tidy, and larger than the New York average, featuring comfortable king-size beds. Access to a well-equipped fitness center and exercise tools was available. Check-in was smooth and early arrivals were accommodated. Cucumber mint water was offered at check-in along with luggage service for late departures.
