The staff was incredibly friendly and provided full support throughout the stay. The location was very convenient, close to several subway lines and numerous shops. Rooms were clean and quiet, though some were small with limited lighting. Breakfast options were good, and the rooftop lounging area was well decorated and maintained. Proximity to popular tourist spots enhanced accessibility.
