LoungeThe hotel offered modern, spacious rooms with excellent facilities and exceptionally clean conditions. The location was outstanding, just a five-minute walk from Times Square, ideal for exploring New York. Staff across all departments were tremendously helpful and professional, providing a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Rooms featured comfortable king beds and well-equipped amenities, although some lacked daylight views. The front door staff contributed notably to the positive experience throughout the stay.
