The hotel was located in the heart of the Upper West Side, close to subway stops and Central Park. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet with comfortable beds and kitchenettes for convenience. Nearby cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets added to the ease of access. Some rooms offered great views from upper floors without noise disturbances from Broadway.
