The location was excellent, close to MoMA, subway, shops, and restaurants. The staff included some very helpful employees at the front door and desk who responded promptly to requests regarding air conditioning and housekeeping. The hotel offered spacious rooms with plenty of space for suitcases and comfortable beds with easy temperature control. Safety was noted as very good for solo female travelers. A gym was available on-site for guests’ use.
