The hotel exceeded expectations with a very efficient check-in process and clean facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing clean towels and bathroom amenities. The location was ideal, close to many restaurants and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge. Double-paned windows effectively blocked out train noise, ensuring quiet rooms. A vending machine on the ground floor offered reasonably priced snacks and bottled water.
