The hotel offered a perfect location with stylish comfort and warm hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing upgrades along with wine and chocolates when rooms were not ready. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, featuring nice bathrooms. A lovely bar with live music added to the pleasant atmosphere. Check-in procedures could be more streamlined for efficiency.
