The location was excellent, situated next to Bryant Park, the subway line, and the Public Library. The rooms were clean and comfortable with high-quality finishes. Staff provided attentive and helpful service from check-in to housekeeping. The 6th-floor patio offered a beautiful outdoor space with great ambiance. A fridge was promptly arranged upon request for guest convenience.
