The location was excellent, situated between the yellow and red subway stations and close to Times Square amenities. The staff provided great assistance, including a complimentary bottle for a birthday weekend. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a city view as requested. Separate entrance access enhanced safety, while occasional greetings added a welcoming touch. A refund was processed after an overcharge on the checkout bill.
