Situated in the heart of Times Square, the location was excellent for exploring the city and walking to Hudson Yards. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast offered multiple hot choices but was sometimes underwhelming. Rooms felt spacious for the area with comfortable beds and a relaxing ambience. Check-in assistance was prompt despite occasional delays after 4 PM.
