The ground floor transformed into a cozy jazz club on weekends, creating a unique atmosphere. Check-in was easy with smooth access to the property. Conveniently located near subway stations and La Guardia airport bus, the neighborhood featured theatres, restaurants, and multiple convenience stores. The famous Apollo Theatre was just around the corner.
