Definitely not a flophouse. This place has 4 bedrooms with shared bathrooms and is a cheaper option. It’s been a hotel since 1917, which is pretty cool. Rene, who runs it now, was really kind. The whole spot feels deeply connected to the neighborhood with a jazzy vibe that’s both soulful and genuine.
