The hotel was in a great location close to the subway and many cafes, restaurants, and shops. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, with a huge bed and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly, helpful, looked after bags before check-in and after check-out, and the owner showed personal art on the walls. The building was historic with character but slightly worn, the outside was beautiful while the inside looked modern without an authentic period feel.
