The hotel featured spacious rooms with high-quality mattresses and adjustable temperature controls. Staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive, providing housekeeping twice daily to maintain cleanliness. Despite the central location near Times Square, soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. The rooftop bar offered a lovely ambiance, and the property was conveniently close to the subway and many attractions. Complimentary morning coffee and tea were provided as an added touch.
