The hotel featured a charming old-school style with aristocratic decoration and a grand lobby. The location was excellent, just steps from Central Park, Midtown, and the Upper East Side. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman and concierge team. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, though some beds were smaller than expected. Breakfasts were excellent but recommended to be enjoyed elsewhere for variety.
